El Burlador Gastrobar
Take your tastebuds on a colourful trip to the Mediterranean while dining in Cartagena at El Burlador de Sevilla. Located on Calle Santo Domingo right on the corner of Santo Domingo Plaza you will find yourself questioning whether or not you are in Colombia or the heart of Spain.
El Burlador de Sevilla has an extensive menu inspired by Spanish cuisine offering a wide variety of paella’s, Spanish tapas, fresh seafood, fruity sangria, elegant wines and exotic cocktails. The service is exceptional and house made bread and bread sticks are to die for and never ending. To top it all off there is a live Flamenco Show every night with amazing music and dance to keep you entertained throughout this delightful culinary journey through Spain.
We definitely recommend going as a group and ordering off the tapas section to try as much as possible as everything on the menu is superb. We especially recommend the charcuterie, beef tartar, Spanish omelette especial and the octopus. Although a little pricey the Hibirico ham is well worth the splurge as it just melts in your mouth and is imported regularly directly from Spain to offer the utmost freshest products on a daily basis.
Nightly Live Flamenco Show
In El Burlador de Seville you’ll find the one and only Flemenco show in Cartagena.
Let yourself be enchanted by the dance, harmony and flamenco notes of their beautiful and talented Spanish singer/dancer and be swept away by the sounds of the Spanish guitar and flamenco box.
